Written and created by Curly Wordy aka Louise Hale, former community journalist and poet rooted in real voices, Plebbing Up is a spoken-word-led theatrical experiment that personifies London through its poetry, its people, its freindhsips and its disappearing Cockney rhythms. It's a first leap from page to stage: raw, rhythmic, and ready to be tested live.

Sat 15 Nov 8pm The Trans Lady Sings
Two years ago, a Performance Poet, self-confessed outsider in gender and 50+ late starter in opera, challenged herself to overcome a childhood inability to sing. Alice d’Lumiere now reveals if she’s able to hold a note. Contralto? Baritone? No Limits!
Combining prose, verse, comedy and a dash of gender-fluid performance art, with original music and possibly some foolhardy attempts at the classical repertoire…
